Board members in attendance: Robert Bauer, Corey Berg, Gregg Meier, Mike Boelter, John Aspelin, Rod Shadick, Anthony Kapusinski
Secretary’s Report: November Minutes approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Report approved.
Sno-Trails Report:
- New drag in for Belle Plaine.
- Reworking paper reports.
- Scott Co plan – Hasn’t moved. 13 & 101 changes may be a convcern.
- Need more 2-way signs.
- Yellow Tape – buying 2000’.
- Next meeting 1/25/10.
Trail Coordinator:
- Trail report sheets handed out.
- McHughs trail no longer exists.
Old Business:
- Club trip – Feb 4-6
o Double and queen rooms taken, 3 kings left. - Club jackets/shirts w/new logo
o Digitizing of logo $400-450 for jackets and $200 for shirts..
o There may be an economy of scale if we order multiple jackets/shirts at one time.
o Still being investigated.
o Table subsidizing jackets for board members. - Youth training
o BTW went well. Maybe shorten up the time next year.
o Licenses came in and have been mailed out. - Behind-the-wheel
o BTW scheduled for 11/21 from 8AM – 2PM (estimated) at Canterbury Park in Shakopee.
o Volunteers needed.
o Approx 200 students from the Savage, Prior Lake and Shakopee clubs. - Handout card being worked on.
New Business:
- Eden Prairie has a club the we may be interested in talking to.
- DNR
o Has new safety training course.
o New CD (study at home)
o Still need 2-4 hour course prior to the BTW test. - Shakopee club trip at American Inn in Little Falls Jan 22-24.
- Prior Lake club trip at White Fish Lodge & Suites on Cross Lake Jan 14-18.
- MNUSA rendezvous Feb 11-14. Sno-Trails has made a donation for all clubs.

- 1/11 Sno-Pacers meeting.
- 1/25 Sno-Trails meeting.
