Here are the Meeting Minutes for October 12th Meeting
Had guest speaker from MNUSA life insurance contractor representative. (we get a small AD&D policy free with MNUSA membership
Secretary report was minimal due to Jim moving to second shift. Will no longer be able to make meetings. Rod Will take over to help
Anthony gave treasurer report and we are still solvent and will not pass on any debt to our kids at least this year.
Sno-Trails report had lots of trail work starting but dates were not firm due to weather and conditions. SEE MORE BELOW
Trail Coordinator is Gregg/Corey and Gregg had nothing new to report except trail in starting.
OLD BUSINESS
Club trip to Barnum Feb 4 thru 6, NOTE due to price changes up we are still negotiating cost and maybe accommodations in the area.
Reviewed SNODIAC dinner results.
Youth training set for Sunday 10/01 and volunteers were in place and a review of process took place.
Costs to the club were discussed for Safety training as well as numbers of kids. Again the tone is no cost to the club and limit kids to 100.
All commitments were honored for the season and the class went off as planned, Thanks to all who made their day work for the students.
Behind the wheel will be 11/21 at Canterbury and of course volunteers are needed.
NEW BUSINESS
River bottom clean up was 10/17 but questionable
Club jackets with new logos discussed and being developed and researched
MNUSA show was scheduled at brook dale mall for 10/15-10/17

HOT DEAL call for help for Next Saturday November 14
Dave has scheduled this for Saturday 11/14 @ 9:00am at County Road 9, and the river. Questions please contact Dave
Work to be done is as follows;
A) Install a 65' and a 40' temporary bridges. Including dragging them in, welding them together, and decking them.
B) Trail brushing, and cleanup, including several fallen trees.
Things he needs, please call him if you have any of the following;
A) Several four wheel drive trucks to drag the bridge frames into place. You will be driving on the trail and get tree branches on your truck.
B) A portable welder. Needs to be self supported and can weld heavy steel parts together.
C) Chain saws, tree trimmers, hand saws.
D) Screw guns for decking.
