2) By law change – last month there was a motion to made and approved to make changes per last month minutes.

5) Secretary’s Report – Correction in spelling of Gregg Meier’s name. Motion made to approve minutes and passed
6) Treasurers Report – Need to update roster and compare it with MNUSA roster. Our club sold 1000 Sno Barons raffle tickets. Check signer change at bank, submitted form to new treasurer Anthony Kapusinski for his signature.
7) Website update – 33 members are signed up on the website. Please check out the stories that have been added and links for magazine and parts stores. If you have a specific link you would like to be added, please contact Rob Bauer.
8) Sno Trails report – Jim Rinsem, Sno Trails is in the process of rewriting there by laws to reflect some legal technicalities and also to add Savage Sno Pacers as one of the members. Sno Trails is still on standby for updating equipment.
a. Snodiac dinner is on 10/4/07, donations are due by 9/24 – need 124 items
b. River Bottom brushing is on 10/27 – Volunteers are needed. Please contact Digger or Jim for info.
c. Map ads and map changes – Sno Trails decided not to do map ads this year.
d. State Fair – Sno Pacers donated 44 hours plus help from Jim Rinsem. Thank you to those who volunteered.
e. Hay Days was a huge success.
f. Prior Lake Swap Meet this weekend Saturday 9/15/07 at Elko Raceway. The swap meet will run from 9:30 until race time. Discount tickets are available for the races (Double feature night). Normally they cost $15.00 per person, but Elko is allowing swap meet participations to get in for $5.00.
g. MNUSA Fall Workshop is being held on 10/26-10/28/07
9.) Trail Coordinator Report, Corey Berg – The city has approved a trial from 27 to Vernon (Kwik Trip). Also access to Mc Hughes Bar and Restaurant. Digger has agreed to maintain the trail. Mark Sueker will take over the 27 trail south from 42.
10). Club Trip – Tom Wills – absent postponed until next month meeting in October
11). Critical Date Calendar – nothing new for this month
12). Safety Training – Saturday 10/7, 10/28 and behind the wheel test on 12/15/07. No makeup tests will be offered.
93 students registered show far from the surrounding areas. Just a side note - 13 are from Prior Lake, 12 Savage, 12 Shakopee, 8 Lakeville and 8 from Farmington.

Hearing impaired student – Digger was contacted by a parent who has a hearing impaired child who would like to sign up for the class. Digger has placed a phone call into DNR for an interpreter.
Volunteers are needed in the morning at 7am to finish registration. For 10/7 we have Gregg, Nate, Kevin, Wayne, and Corey. Still need help on 10/28. Also we will need help for set up on 12/14 in the afternoon and 12/15 for the behind the wheel test at Community Park in Savage. Hours for the test are from 8am until 1pm.
Jim Rinsem spoke with Biff Garbage regarding a Port a Potty - they agreed to donate a port a potty and wash station for the behind the wheel test. We will need to pay $20 for delivery and $20 pickup. Motion was made by Rob and seconded by Mark to pay the $40.00.
Donuts, Coffee, and Hot Chocolate will be provided by Kwik Trip
