Board members in attendance:  Robert Bauer, Avis Rinsem, Anthony Kapusinski, Corey Berg, Greg Meier, and Mike Boelter.


Secretary’s report:  June minutes were approved.


Treasurers Report:  Following reports distributed:

Cash Flow Summary and Detail

Budget for 2010 reviewed


Sno-Trails Report:    Election of new officers:  Corey Berg – President, Rob Bauer – Vice President.  “Thank You” to all of the volunteers who helped to make the Landowners Picnic a success.  “Thank You”  to Tom Anderson and the Savage American Legion for assisting with the purchase of the chicken for the event this year.  383 landowners attended.  Sno Diac will be giving away $3000 cash prize instead of a snowmobile this year.  


Trail Coordinator:  Discussed replacing Corey Berg as trail coordinator as he assumes the position of President of Sno-Trails.  “Thank you” to all of the volunteers that helped with the Dan Patch parade.  GPS coordinates for Savage trails to be completed by next meeting.


Old Business:  ELECTIONS:  President:  Rob Bauer, Vice-President:  John Aspelin, Treasurer:  Anthony Kapusinski, Secretary:  Jim Rinsem, Odd Year Board Members:  Greg Meier and Tom Wills,

Sno-Trails Rep:  Greg Meier, Alternate Sno-Trails Rep:  Tom Wills 


New Business:   Tom Wills and Jim Rinsem will be the club trip coordinators.  Snowmobile Training:  Classroom – October 17th at the Savage American Legion.  Behind the Wheel Testing will be done with Prior Lake and Shakopee clubs on  November 21st in the parking lot at Canterbury.   Fall Season kick-off coordinators:  Todd and Candice Tadsen.  The Fall Season kick-off will take place September 13th at their home.  Mike Boelter in charge of cooking hot dogs and hamburgers which will be furnished by the club.  Voted to change September meeting to coordinate with this event.  Fund raiser – Sno Barons raffle tickets will be distributed


Critical Date Calendar: 

8-10     Next club meeting

9-13     Fall Kick Off and September Sno-Pacers meeting at Todd & Candace’s home

10-17   Snowmobile training class at the Savage American Legion

11-21   Youth Training/Behind the Wheel Testing at Canterbury Park (all clubs)
