Secretary’s report:  April minutes were approved.

Treasurers Report:  No Reports available.

Sno-Trails Report:    Bridge east of St. Patrick – Boy Scout Eagle Badge project to be completed by middle of June.  We have purchased a used disk and are in the process of buying a 2nd one.  New Map is in process.  No map ads will be sold.  Map will be good for two years and will have GPS intersection headings and trail system numbering.  We will be giving out two awards to land owners at the Land Owners Picnic on July 12th.  The May meeting will be held on June 1st as the normal date falls on Memorial Day.  Nominations will be taken for elections at the June 29th meeting.   

Trail Coordinator:  All trail signs are out.  Need to find replacement for Mark Sueker’s trail.  All one way signs need to be taken down as the state is issuing new signs.    

Old Business:  “Thank you” to everyone who helped with Spring Road Cleanup.  Potential club logo shown and decision made to check into costs to reproduce on clothing, etc.      

New Business:   Motion made and passed to change the date for the June meeting to June 7th at the Spring Club Picnic.  Dan Patch Days Parade:  June 28, 2009.  Motion made and passed for budget $ for hand outs at the parade.  Behind the Wheel Testing will be done the last Saturday in November in the parking lot at Canterbury by all of the Scott County clubs.  Volunteers needed to help with setup, serving food and clean up at the Landowners Picnic on July 12th.

6-7       Spring Picnic at Hidden Valley Park 2pm to 6pm. Please RSVP by        June 1st with number of people attending in your group. Bring your own beverage and a dish to pass.  Meat will be furnished by the club.
