Board members in attendance:
Robert Bauer, Corey Berg, Gregg Meier, Mike Boelter, John Aspelin, Rod Shadick, Anthony Kapusinski

Secretary’s Report: May Minutes approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Report approved.
- $ for logo cost for jackets.
- No pending flow through charges

- Next month we will vote on the draft for the upcoming budget.

Sno-Trails Report:

- No meeting last month

- 2030 plan – approx 8 snowmobilers attended.

Trail Coordinator:

- Tom talked to the lady at the city that had the concerns last winter and she indicated that things seem to be OK.

- There was communication with the city plow driver and he apologized for damaging the trail and said this was an abnormally tough winter. It was suggested that the club meet with the driver in the fall to coordinate activities.

- Terry H is planning on meeting with the county plow drivers.

Old Business:

- Jackets – Sample stitching provided. Question was asked what if white was used to fill in the empty places on the loge. There would be an additional $ digitizing charge and the embroidery charge would go from $ as is to $ with white.

- The club voted to have the additional digitizing done.

- There is a potential demand for approx 10 jackets.

New Business:

- Thanks to all that help to clean the ditch along 42.

- Thanks to Mike for cooking at the club picnic.

- Land owners picnic (see John if available to help)

o Need 6 volunteers

o Need clean-up help

o Need desserts
- Gregg had 3 samples of the club flyers. The tri-fold seemed to be the favorite and the club voted to use the tri-fold design. Discussed adding a comment to go to the club web site for information vs a phone number.

- MNUSA camp out July 16-18 in Madelia, MN at the Watona Park Campground.

- 2011 club trip. Tom will be heading up again. Feb 4-6 proposed.

- Safety training date proposed for Oct 3. Rob to talk to Todd.

- Region 8 meeting/Fall Snow show at the old Menards in Burnsville Halloween weekend.

Critical Dates: Next club meeting 7/12/10 @ 7:30
