Board members in attendance: Robert Bauer, Corey Berg, Gregg Meier, Mike Boelter, Rod Shadick, John Aspelin, Anthony Kapusinski

Secretary’s Report: April Minutes approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Report approved.

Sno-Trails Report:

- 11 people present at Sno-Trails meeting.

- 2030 plan meeting at McColl Pond Environmental Learning Center 13550 Dakota Ave South Savage Thursday, May 20th 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m (see attached for additional information).

- Landowners picnic – Help is needed. Our club does the serving. John Aspelin is heading this up. Please contact him if you can help. If you can’t make it pleas donate a dessert (home made or store bought) or cash. See below for info from the Shakopee club:

Shakopee club is fixing signs at Kim’s The next meeting is on Wednesday May 12, 2010 at Kim’s place

Please come to help anytime after 5:30pm. Bring GLOVES!!! We will be cleaning out the sign shed and dismantling the old signs. Air wrenches with 7/16 sockets and box wrenches are great tools if you can bring one to help tear apart the old signs.

Trail Coordinator:

- Nothing new to report.

Old Business:

- Jackets – Let John Aspelin know if you are interested in a jacket so we can get a count of who is interested.

o We decided to go with the local supplier. - Club picnic – May 30th at Hidden Valley Park. Please contact Mike Boelter 
o The picnic will start at 2:00 PM, please bring a dish to pass.

New Business:

- The Hutchinson family thanks everyone who contributed time and money to the benefit.

- Adopt-a-highway cleanup is Wednesday 5/19. Meet at 18&42 at 6:30 PM and dress appropriately.

Critical Dates:

- 6/14 Next Sno-Pacers meeting @ 7:30
