Secretary’s Report: February Minutes approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Report approved. - Savage Dan Patch parade has been cancelled for 2010 which will save the club the $ we had allocated for the parade.
Sno-Trails Report:
- The groomer, drag and insurance has been pad off.
- The $ in fund money that the state had tried to re-apportion has been replaced in the proper account.
- There were discussions on re-numbering trails.
Trail Coordinator:
- Time sheets need to be in next month (up to trail out).
- 25 MPH signs are waiting for approval to purchase from Sno-Trails.
Old Business:
- Jackets
o One place quoted $40 for the jackets, $120 for full embroidery, $85 for ¾ embroidery plus a $400 digitize fee for the logo.
o A new place quoted $94 ea (6 jackets), $74 ea (12 jackets), $68 ea (18 jackets) with a $150 set-up fee. It was approved to have the set-up paid by the club so we can see an example of the logo as embroidered.
- Membership flyers are still in progress and a sample may be ready at next months meeting. The flyers will have a summary of the Savage snowmobile ordinance.
New Business:
- Todd is taking over trail #2.
- Dan Patch Days- Is it feasible to have a display/membership drive location in Savage or at Dan Patch Days?
- There will be a fund raiser to Terry Hutchinson’s granddaughter Saturday 4/17 at the Legion in Savage. Terry has been very involved in Minnesota snowmobiling for many years and has dedicated a lot of time and effort. Please help support his family by helping find items for the silent auction. See attached flyer for additional information.
